Children aren’t like everyday people
They have a way of shining alone from the rest of us
More tarnished everyday adults.
They don’t walk everyday walks like everyday people…
They don’t talk everyday talks like everyday people…
They don’t do everyday things like everyday people…
They don’t use everyday things like everyday people
They don’t believe everyday things like everyday people.
But most of all they believe that all adults are there to look after them.
And therefore the world really is a safe place.
No Excuses……Never……Ever.
It makes sense to tell children about sexual assault
Informed children are safer children.
The child is never at fault.
Nothing is so awful that you can’t talk about it.
Only offenders are responsible-no one else.
Children have the right to be safe all the time.
Don’t make children invisible because of their silence. They don’t need to talk to be seen.
Children are children first and have the right to safety and protection.
They have the right to be listened to and heard.
No excuses……never……ever.
